Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across various functions by implementing effective sourcing strategies, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The role requires a proactive approach to attract top talent while delivering against hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing through to candidate onboarding and joining
  • Source candidates through ATS, job boards, social media and networking
  • Conduct screening and interviews to identify qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define candidate profiles
  • Lead and participate in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and hiring events 
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges
  • Continuously explore and implement new sourcing strategies and tools


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel frequently and participate in recruitment events and hiring campaigns
